Yes! We offer a 6-month warranty on all repairs. If the same issue occurs within 6 months of the repair, we fix it free of charge. The warranty does not cover mechanical accidents or water damage.

Water resistance decreases over time, even when the watch is not worn. Gaskets age and dry out. Battery changes, wear, impacts or temperature changes can compromise it. Annual testing is recommended, especially for dive watches.
No special preparation needed. Just bring it as it is. If you have the box or papers, bring them along too, though it's not required. We personally receive every piece and immediately issue a receipt.
